A Few Christmas Cards

So I shared the other week a tutorial on the origami note card set
This week I have made a couple of Christmas ones using the brightly gleaming DSP,
I would love to know what you think
I made two sets but made 2 of each card that I am going to show you,
The 1st card I made was this one
For this card I made the holly stamp from the Christmas gleaming set the focus of my card by printing it several times at different angles before colouring them in and highlighting them with my white marker pen. I then printed the sentiment on vellum using stazon ink affixed tha onto the card with mini stampin dimensionals and finished the card with the old olive rhinestones from the Nobel Peacock rhinestones.
The second card I made for the set was this one .....
This card again I made the holly the focal point of my card but this time used paper from the Brightly gleaming DSP set as a background as well as a strip of the copper sheet behind the holly and behind the sentiment.

The third card is completely different but still used the Christmas gleaming stamp set, brightly gleaming DSP and copper foil sheet
I love how this card turned out I used the technique Amanda from ScrimpingMommy showed to shade my ornaments in using your ink pad and sponge daubers and it gave them a wonderful look in my humble opinion.

For the forth and final card I used a Completely different stamp set
as I decided to make a shaker card !
For this card I used the snowman season  stamp set ,some clear acetate sheet, my layering circles dies, as well as my stitched rectangles dies and some chunky glitter from my stash I finished the card with one of the retired snowflake trinkets.

I hope you like what I have created and have inspired you to make some Christmas cards
Much love Kayla xXx
